Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  If your item(s) that you purchased are damaged in any way that diminishes its usability or safety, for example broken lid or broken container, then a refund or replacement is justified. 

Refunds or  Replacement
Anthony Spices will require a picture of said broken item(s) to be emailed to azspices@anthonyspices.com with your original online sales receipt that includes your order number, name, shipping address and items ordered so that the process can be initiated.  Once communications have begun on your damaged items, you have the option at this point to request a refund for broken item(s) or have those items replaced at no cost.  Please allow 3-5 business days to process your replacement.

Items Not Received
A tracking number is sent out with all orders made online. If you believe that your shipment was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address, assuming the shipping address you supplied was correct, then please contact Anthony Spices so that we can investigate your progress and delivery of said package. If tracking confirms your package was delivered to the correct address, but you did not receive it, Anthony Spices is not responsible for the assumed stolen package.

If you supplied the wrong shipping address on the order, it is suggested that you try to track down your package at that address.  If tracking down your package is not possible, then Anthony Spices is not responsible for delivered packages to incorrect addresses.  Contact us to see if we can in any way help.

Communications
All communications will be firstly through email at azspices@anthonyspices.com then phone at 602-690-9900.  If you do not receive confirmation in response to your email stating the issue within 48 hours, then it is suggested that you call our 24/7 hotline at 602-690-9900.  Only after a full understanding of the problem with the items or delivery through this process can we begin to remedy the situation.
